Judge Doyle is currently a consultant for the Romanian National Anti-Drug Agency (ANA) where he has worked with all levels of government.  He teaches the international crime and justice class as an adjunct for AU and is also an adjunct professor for Tiffin University teaching business law and ethics through their MBA program in Bucharest.  From 1989-2006, Judge Doyle worked within the 16th Judicial Circuit Court for Illinois serving Kane, Kendal, and DeKalb counties.  He presided over hundreds of homicide and sexual abuse cases and in 2002 was appointed to supervise the Special Resources Division.  In 2000 he initiated the largest drug rehabilitation court in the state.  Before becoming a judge, Jim Doyle worked as a police officer, public defender, prosecutor, college instructor, city attorney, and private attorney.  He is an avid sailor successfully navigating three of the Great Lakes and ports throughout the Caribbean and South Florida.
