Chief Palmer is a 29 year Bartlett Police Officer having served the last 15 years as Chief of Police. He is a Certified Police Chief as designated by the Illinois Association of Chief’s of Police. During his tenure as chief, he has presided over the 12 year accreditation of the Bartlett Police Department by the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. Chief Palmer brings operational and administrative experience to the classroom with real life examples to discuss.
