It is my philosophy that education is a lifelong process where each of us is both teacher and student. As student we must listen, question and challenge new information, continuously adding to our knowledge base through educational opportunities. The role of teacher is to create educational opportunities, by presenting relevant information in a way that facilitates learning, helping the student to understand and critically think. The teacher also needs to continually access the learning process, so both student and teacher can get the most from each educational opportunity.
