I entered the profession of social work after a 25 year career in management in non-profit, government and for-profit organizations.  I haves taught both graduate and undergraduate social work programs since 1996 at the University of Louisville, Ohio University, and, since 2007, at Aurora University.  My experience is in organizational management and consulting, geriatric care management, health care social work, and mental health counseling.
