NOTE: This program grid is based on the assumption that students entering the program with advanced standing have been granted 27 S.H. of credit toward the MSW degree. If less than 27 S.H. were granted, students will be required to take additional course work in order to fulfill graduation requirements.
Concentration:
Students will select a concentration before year one, spring semester. Concentrations are: 1) Clinical Practice; or,
2) Leadership & Community Practice. Students will enroll in the sections of Social Work Practice III & IV that correspond with their concentration.
Specialization (optional):
The School Social Work specialization is offered at the GWC campus. If students are interested in pursuing the School Social Work specialization they should consult with the School Social Work Coordinator for the required courses. The required courses for the specialization fulfill three elective requirements in the M.S.W. program.
