At the same time that experienced teachers are enhancing their skills, many of your peers are looking to change direction and are becoming administrators in their building and/or district. They are enrolling in the Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership or the Type 75 Certification Program.

Are you looking for this change?  Aurora University has given many of the local and regional administrators the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to guide schools and districts. Become a member of Aurora University's family.

The programs are delivered collaboratively by means of a partnership between Aurora University and an individual school district (or consortium of small districts) to a cohort group. The required courses of the M.A.E.L. degree are designed to meet Illinois Type 75 state certification requirements and Wisconsin Code 10/51 requirements.
