Following a successful middle school teaching career, Dr. Wold subsequently served as a middle school principal, high school principal, and assistant superintendent. During this period, he published numerous articles and one book on educational policy and organization. As a district superintendent, Dr. Wold received several state level awards for leadership. Following three years as faculty in the masters programs at Aurora University, he became the Dean of the College of Education. Most recently Dr. Wold assumes the Directorship of the Collaborating Academic Partnership Program (CAPP).
