Welcome to the College of Professional Studies at Aurora University. This college houses the following professional schools: the Criminal Justice Program, the Dunham School of Business, the School of Nursing and the School of Social Work. We offer a variety of undergraduate degrees in business, criminal justice, nursing, RN to BSN completion and social work. Additionally, the College of Professional Studies offers master's degrees in business: Masters in Business Administration - MBA, nursing: Master of Science in Nursing - MSN and social work: Master of Social Work - MSW; the graduate social work Type 73 certification and an MBA-MSW dual degree.
All of the undergraduate and graduate programs in the college combine an optimal blend of theory and real-world application to prepare students to enter or advance in their professional disciplines. Not only will students learn valuable skills in the classroom, they will also gain the needed professional skills through internships, experiential learning opportunities, service learning and field practicum placements.
